What We Do
We build software for clients who need a reliable team to scope, design, build and ship a product, then hand over the source code and move on. Every project gets a fixed scope, a fixed quote, and a committed delivery date before work starts.
Our work spans business websites, e-commerce stores, web dashboards, and cross-platform apps on Android, iOS and Windows, all built on a tight stack: Flutter, Supabase, Postgres and Cloudflare.
We keep the team small deliberately. Every client talks to the people writing the code. There is no account manager in the middle.
Our Own Products
Alongside client work, Zippl Labs designs, builds and operates its own software products. Our current product is Zippl, an offline-first GST billing and inventory app for Indian retailers, running on Android, Windows and the browser from one Flutter codebase.
Building Zippl to production keeps us honest: the same offline sync, GST logic, thermal printer integration and multi-tenant security we ship for clients is the same code running live on shop counters every day.
How We Work
Fixed scope, fixed quote, and working software on a staging link every week or two. No three-month silence followed by a surprise.
Scope First
Every project starts with a written scope: what we build, what is out of scope, and why. If scope grows later it is re-quoted, never silently billed.
Open Stack
We build on mainstream technology, Flutter, Postgres, standard web, that any competent developer can pick up. You are never locked into us.
Full Handover
Source code, hosting, domain, database and store listings all transfer to your accounts on delivery. What we build is yours from the start.
Direct Access
You speak to the engineers on WhatsApp or email. Questions get answered by the people who know the codebase, not a relay layer.
