Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zippl application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Zippl Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Zippl", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your shop account.

2. Your Business Data

You retain complete ownership of the business data you enter (products, stock items, customer/supplier ledgers, invoices, payments, and related records). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and sync that data solely to provide the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Free Trial

Zippl may be offered with a 14-day free trial and paid subscription plans. Plan features, pricing, and billing cycles are described inside the app or at the point of purchase. Paid plans renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other merchants' data;
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or disrupt the Service; or
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable Indian laws and GST regulations.

5. GST & Tax Compliance

Zippl provides software tools to help you record GST-related sales and purchases. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your statutory tax filings and compliance. Zippl does not provide formal legal or CA consulting.

6. Offline-First Availability

The Service is offline-first: core billing works without an active network connection and syncs to the cloud when connectivity returns. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party cloud connections.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Zippl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
